The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first Head of Customer Onboarding & Success to take full ownership of how customers are onboarded, supported, and set up for long-term success.

You’ll run a structured onboarding programme, lead a small team of specialists, and help us evolve the balance of how we deploy services and software to support onboarding.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who enjoys building and running functions.
